Basic Academic Charts: What do you think this should be called?

I'm conducting a small survey of naming conventions.

What do you call the attached chart in your particular College, School, Division, Department, Program... whatever: See attached image.

What do you think it should be called?

My alma mater calls it a "Proposed Course of Study," which I would agree is a suitable name. I tossed around a few other possible names, but kept coming back to this one.
"Yes, Virginia, you can graduate in four years."
What name do you think would work best for prospective students?

Here are the titles I've found recently, most of them within my own division:

Program of Study
Schedule of Courses
Typical Plan of Courses
Curriculum Check Sheet
Typical Curriculum
Sample Program
Curriculum List
Sample Program of Study
Sample Curriculum
Program Requirements
Catalog Degree Program
Common Degree Plan
Sample course sequence
eight semester plan
Sample plans of study
four-year sample plan.
Sample Eight-Semester Program and Graduation Checklist
Course Work
Course Syllabus
"Courses you need to take to get this degree"

This is great -- would definitely be undersandable to the average 17-year-old! : )
If your institution has two documents, they should be differentiated. "Courses you must take" is quite different than "take courses in this order to finish in four years" :-)
Ours at East Central University this was called a "4-year Degree Plan". We had a separate document that was the official "Degree Check Sheet" used by the registrar. These degree plans were supplied by each department chair. The degree plan takes into account those courses that may not be offered every semester as well as plans the courses with regard to pre-req's.
You should ask the students what they would call it.
Will do — when we have summer camps I'll be running a number of things by high school students. I did this last year and was surprised at the number of h.s. students who didn't know the words "undergraduate" and "graduate"; though come to think of it, I'm not sure I did either at 17.
Yep, we found exactly the same thing during our usability testing last summer.
I had no idea what most academic terms meant when I was 17. I think I only got a grasp on all of them after working at a university.

I appreciate you researching this, Charlie. You are always looking for ways to improve things and it's great!
we call them curriculum schedules but our students don't have options for classes since it is medical school and everything is required. when i was in school, drake called them a degree plan. i like that title.
