Hey everyone. Is it possible to move the Forum box to the top of the middle row on the main page so that it's easy to start reading the entries right away? The "Latest Activity" section is full of Web 2.0 social goodness and all, but it is not the first thing that people in this group are looking for.

I think that this Ning thing could bring some organization to the resources that are represented by this group and I hope it grows.

There is total flexibility when laying out the pages. My intention was to make this change after the initial surge of signups slows down. What do you think?
At the very least I think the group activity section could be shortened, if not moved down. Now I just need to find out how to move boxes around on my profile without going crazy with CSS positioning.
Once this site hits critical mass and we know people will use it, we can get access to the code and make customizing individual pages easier. This is also something that is on the Ning roadmap.
I changes the "latest activity" to include just the last 8 entries (down from 16) and removed some of the items that get displayed.
Done, Dan.
Oops, didn't see Mark's answer. Mark, move it back if you want. Sorry. I am not that clear on how to read a full thread in here yet.
I just rearranged the items on the main page and move the latest activity section down to the bottom of the center section.
