Hello Everyone!
We are in the midst of a redesign and are at the card sort stage. For those folks that have been through this a glimpse of what your categories wound up being would be super helpful. I obviously plan on picking up Donna Spencer’s Card Sorting: Designing Usable Categories but I thought a poll of my peers would help as well. Did folks wind up with 20+ categories or go with the more ethereal "Very Important, Somewhat Important, Not important" style. I plan on capturing a user type and taking that into consideration. I am using OptimalSort for the digital distribution of the sort, it seems to be working well in my trials so far.
Thanks everyone, I really appreciate it.
