I'm assuming we are all in the same boat when it comes to storing, backing up, and archiving our digital assets. What are people using nowadays to keep all their digital files, whether it be photos, videos, or web assets? How do you keep it organized and available to the whole team?

Right now we're using a shared network drive, but looking to move to a software solution. Checking out Widen, WebDAM, and some Adobe products as well.

If anyone would like to play around with ResourceSpace, I can give you admin credentials on my test server at http://www.ivorypenguin.com/resourcespace If you just go to the site I have it setup to use an anonymous user with the default permissions.
I have figured out that it's a lot nicer to write plugins for everything that you want to change and then you can still upgrade to the new versions as they come out. We even have an SVSU plugin that tweaks parts of it like the logo.
