This is my 1st year attending the eduweb conference and am looking forward to it. How many others will be in attendance? Any feedback from previous participants?

It's a great conference with lots of great presentations and great discussions/interactions.

If you want to get an idea of what happened the previous years, you can check out this page (put together by Matt Herzberger) listing all the coverage from last year.

Unfortunately, I can't go this year.

I will be attending, but it is my first time.

I have also attended last year and was able to takeaway valuable tips and tools that I had successfully implemented for my school.

This will be my first time attending as well. Looking forward to it!

2nd year for me. #1 piece of advice I can give is don't be overwhelmed by the amount of user generated content (tweets, blogs, etc.) from the conference. A lot of the backchatter can be noise and it's easy to have info overload. Take it one day at a time and try to meet as many people as you can!

The latest I've heard is that 351 people will be attending. Last year's (my first) was great fun and very useful.
I'm around from Sunday if anyone's interested in meeting up socially

Chris,
glad you're coming this year ... make sure you come and say "hi" to me when you're there. The conference staff wants you to have a great time and of course, learn a lot.

see you soon!
