I've received multiple emails asking for the "proper documentation" to claim a place, but as far as I know that doesn't exist for a University. Does anyone have any tips for this? It's all very frustrating
I was successfully granted administrative rights last week. All it took was about 3 emails in 5 days, asking what sort of paperwork they needed from me. I think they just got tired of getting messages and just caved in. Can't say for certain if that will work for everyone, though.
I'm now working on merging the two pages. I'm sure that process will go slower than I hope, too.
We just received admin rights to ours as well. I provided our state tax exemption form which of course list our state institution information and status. I was prepared to email scans of my biz card, university ID and my university purchase card with then numbers blanked out. I was running out of ideas and options. But apparently the tax exemption did it and the other stuff was not necessary. Good luck to those of you still waiting.
