Google won’t update satellite view

Hello. Has anyone had any success in asking Google to update the satellite view of their campus? Our view is more than 10-years old! We have lots of new buildings and roads that we need mapped. I’ve used the “Submit a Problem” forms on both Google Maps and Google Earth over & over for more than 3-years! Frustrating.

Jeff, this may not answer your question, but we have been working with Google for indoor mapping.

Here's info about Google Indoor Maps...

In November 2011, Google Maps released an indoor navigation tool as part of its Google Mobile Maps for Android smartphone and tablet users. This new technology allows users to quickly and efficiently navigate through indoor
spaces, picking up where GPS leaves off.

Our initial launch partners included retailers, several major airports, and malls across the North America and Asia.
