I'd like to know if anyone has access to or seen any lawsuits or case studies regarding incorrect or outdated content on the university or college website. I'm gathering information to take to our Dean to discuss some kinks in the system on how we manage and update content that we ultimately publish online.
My thought is that the most up-to-date information MUST be available on the website (seems logical, right?) and that we need to manage the content there first.
Does anyone have any ideas or resources out there that might help my fight? Thanks!
