Remember, web goes WAY beyond our industry, and it's really important to hear how other folks are tackling different problems that will ultimately come our way. This year will be my third JBoye event, and it's been great each time. The higher ed track is top notch, but I'd encourage folks to hop over to some of the other sessions too. Janus is also a master networker and can put you in touch with all the right people to help you with challenges you might be facing.
Permalink Reply by Janus Boye on February 22, 2012 at 5:46pm Thanks, Michael. You are an amazing speaker and you make it easy and fun to be a conference producer. I feel very privileged that you've found the time to attend a few J. Boye conferences in the past and I enjoy your work on remixology.
Let me just add here that:
Hope to see you in May
cheers from Denmark

Permalink Reply by Joel Shapiro on February 22, 2012 at 5:00pm Hi Alaina -
If you get a chance, check out the Higher Ed track here: http://philadelphia12.jboye.com/track/higher-education/
This year, I would answer both. Most of the presentations are external web focused, but this year Mark Greenfield will give a much anticipated talk on how Social Intranets can help save higher ed.
Hope to meet in person in Philly!
