University Communications in the Office of the President at The University of Texas at Austin is hiring a full-time Web developer who can help us maintain, support and grow our WordPress- and Drupal-based Web presence.
The Software Developer Analyst will be a key team member of the Digital Content Group in University Communications. The Digital Content Group is responsible for the university's core Web presence, including the university's home page, top-level pages and sites, and social media channels.
Software Developer/Analyst - Web Developer
Purpose of Position: Provide WordPress and Drupal theming, development, installation and user support for the university's home page and core Web site. Develop, maintain, debug and upgrade Web applications supporting a large network of users. Customize and extend pages and ensure sites are security, accessibility and standards compliant.
