Anyone use an in-house link shortener? Suggestions on what to name it? (subdomain, separate domain, etc).

We use the subdomain of go.fiu.edu another one that we use for our SM mangement tool in http://pn.tr (we are the Panthers) we acutally open sourced our tool if you need help getting started https://github.com/fiuwebteam/GoFIU

Thanks, Matt! We're actually going to use go.sjfc.edu as well.
I'm using this tool - http://yourls.org/ - it looks similar to yours. very easy setup, I think it will get a lot of mileage for us.

We too use yourls and have had really good luck with it. There's a great Google Analytics plugin that lets you add some data to longer URLs before they're shortened.
