OUCampus user since Spring 2009. Easy to train users, easy to set up accounts. Can generate nice custom reports so I can see at a glance which user accounts are dormant; which pages are stale and should be reviewed by the departments (can see last date published). Customer service is very responsive. They hold short monthly webinar trainings which I find very useful.
