I did an extensive search looking for something to do just this a year ago. I determined that the best solution would be to use a document management tool. We badly need a document management system for the catalog at our school so I reviewed what was out there for catalogs and made some recommendations. While going through the demonstrations I asked about using it for managing other documents and our policies, many of the other schools were already using the platforms I reviewed for other applications like their policies. We're on hold at the moment waiting for the funding and green light to implement a system but hope to use it for our policies when implemented.
