Sample Terms of Reference for a Web Steering Committee for a redesign Project
Hi all
We at Trent are in the beginning stages of a Web Redesign Project - beginning with Trent University Oshawa's web site. I am going to invite major stakeholders to sit on a steering committee eg. AVP of I.T.; AVP Student Affairs; etc etc
I am drafting up the terms of reference. Does anyone have something similar that they could share with me? We want this group to be our champions, to communicate with their business units and to demonstrate the whole-of-institution perspective. (ie not decide look and feel and IA)
