Hi Friends,
I'm looking to recommend 2-3 options to our VP for Enrollment for online chat for our admissions pages. We need a FREE, non-credentialed solution that works well with WordPress for students to chat with our admissions counselors.
AIM's Whimzy has been recommended but feedback seems to point to it not playing nice with WordPress.
Anyone have good experiences with a solution they can recommend? It would be appreciated!
Thanks

Permalink Reply by Michael Fienen on July 25, 2012 at 4:52pm I used LiveZilla to good results. It's completely independent of your CMS, so integration is a snap. The current version is now a paid solution, but if you scrounge around you can find the older free version still out there, and it was a perfectly good tool. Let's you chat, leave messages, geotrack visitors, follow their session, push them to pages, supports groups (like admissions, financial aid, tech support...), etc.
