Does anyone have a system for on-going content review that they feel is strong enough to share? We just launched a new website for our external audiences that will be centrally maintained by the office of communications. I need to develop a solid strategy for the on-going review and maintenance of these more than 600 pages. I'm rather at a loss for where to start ...
hmmm... i have a development template with 'task list' if this helps. Since you've already developed it, maybe you can exclude those parts and just use the 'task list' and maintenance/testing schedules?! lmk!
Yes! I'd be interested to see anything to help formulate my thoughts at this point. My e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
ok i just sent you an email!
Thank you very much!
Hi MZ... would you be willing to share that resource with me as well? We're in the beginning phase of site re-design and I have added maintenance to our project plan but don't quite know where to begin. It would be wonderful to see what you have done and I would be happy to share any ideas and notes I have. I'm concerned that if I don't have a solid plan in place it will fall through the cracks as is what happened in our last redesign. I can be reached at email@example.com.
We're using Drupal and so far I'm not familiar with any way to build it into our system.
That's a great question. We're using Hannon Hill's Cascade. I should check with them.
