Does anyone have clauses in their tech vendors contracts to assure accessibility and leave the responsibility on vendors to remedy complaints specifically related to tools provided by vendors? So I mean if you have tools like LMS, SIS, etc and that product is what creates an accessibility complaint the vendor is responsible for cost and work to fix it? I am looking to get a provision like that added to our contracts here. Any examples?
