Hello,
I need to know which English Canadian universities are currently using TYPO3? I'm from Bishop's University in the province of Quebec and we've been using TYPO3 for a bit more than 2 years. Our Library Director would like this info.
Any info you can share would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Julie: We are not in Canada, but Michigan. Saginaw Valley State University has used TYPO3 for about 7 years. We are currently in the process of migrating to an enterprise content management system, Terminal Four. Are there questions you have? Or the library director?
Interesting that you'd move away from TYPO3 for a non-open source product. May I ask what it is about TYPO3 that's making you giving it up, and what more will Terminal Four offer? Thank you for your comment!
What will Terminal Four offer? The list is too long to mention! We have a decentralized web maintenance model. We did not have the resources to develop modifications to meet the needs of our users and University. An enterprise product with experience in higher ed does.
Ex. when we upgraded to 4.5.5 we lost the ability to make tables except in html, embedding YouTube videos required knowledge of html. Our web editors need a much more intuitive content management system.
I'm guessing the list will be pretty short. In my research, Typo3 has never stood out for usage numbers at all. I generally find it to be a developer's CMS, meaning it's good if you understand web development and coding already. So many universities have to get people working in the CMS that have no clue about that stuff though, that Typo3 just never makes the cut.
