We're going to be conducting a survey (SurveyMonkey) to help determine how various audiences are using our website, how they navigate our site, etc. in anticipation for restructuring our information architecture. Since this seems to be a basic step most colleges must undertake when trying to determine what's working/what isn't prior to a redesign, are there any questions people have found particularly useful to ask that has proven to be enlightening?
