I just shared this with the mailing list so I thought I'd post this here too:

We're excited to let the uwebd community know that the e-book edition of The eduStyle Guide to Usable Higher-Ed Homepage Design is now available. This mailing list has been such a great resource to us over our years in higher-ed, so to say thank you we're offereing a 10% discount to the first 50 uwebders to buy the book. Just put the coupon code uwebd when you are checking out. There is also a little bit of time to get in on the iPod Touch draw (details on the book page)

If you prefer the feel of paper, we expect to be releasing a print edition in the next two weeks.

To buy now or sign-up to know when the print version is ready visit the book page on eduStyle.

I bought the print version with the bonus electronic version. When I try to download and open the electronic PDF version, Acrobat tells me that "There was an error opening the document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired."

That's using Adobe Acrobat Professional v7.

Any other similar experiences, or explanations on how to resolve?

Thanks.

I sent you a new download link Cade. If anyone else encounters a similar problem send me an email books@eduStyle.net . As far as we can tell we have resolved the problem by re-exporting the PDF for older versions of Acrobat, but if that has not solved the problem we'd like to hear more about the errors that you are seeing.

Yep. The new link worked for me, thanks.
