I made my original post in Management and Strategy, but I wanted to provide a link to it for this group as I wasn't subscribed to it earlier and it seems like a better fit.
The post is, admittedly, a bit on the rant side, but I am at a boiling point with site analytics, specifically Google Analytics.
People I speak with on this matter at conferences love GA and don't seem to be running into the same problems I do. I'm just not sure if it's my use/environment setup or understanding of the tool or that the people I've spoken with only scratch the surface.
