David - I'll send your note along to my coworkers, and they'll be glad to hear it. I'll also pass along your contact info to clients, if they have questions. Cheers!

That makes more sense. Gemini Resourcing, a UK integration partner did go under. I do not believe that they left any customers without service and I have not heard about an exchange with our CEO, who if you have ever met is anything but aggressive. The good news is we have a new UK partner we are starting to work with who has years of CMS experience and will be a great addition for our Eurpean customers, so in the end a net gain. It would be great to learn who our former employee working for a competitor would be, I cannot think of anyone who fits that description. Feel free to email me privately if you would like, dhillis@ingeniux.com.

Apparently the European partner/provider went under, leaving some overseas clients without service. At lease one of these clients contacted the CEO, who was apparently "overly aggressive" in his response. Your guess is as good as mine as to what that means. Apparently there is also some trouble with a former employee who now works for a competitor?

I don't work for any vendor or service - I just help clients compare apples to apples to oranges - so, agreed, this would've been pretty big news.

Thanks for the post David! This rumor seemed really out of left field to me.

Janie, where did you hear that Ingeniux is going under? That is totally unfounded. Ingeniux is having its best fiscal quarter in history right now, despite the economy. We are also hiring as fast as we can find people. We are bringing on about six new hires this month alone. We have had somethign like 30 consecutive profitable quarters and have posted about 40% growth per year the last two years. The company is very profitable. Ingeniux is far from going under... I would really like to know who has been spreading rumors like that. We have been having issues with another CMS vendor spreading rumors and even challenging all of the RFPs we have been winning against them, the rumor did not come from a competitor did it?

Janie --

That sounds scary, but I would be pretty shocked if it were true.
