Sorta both. We had a responsive design developed by another group using Bootstrap 2. We slide in Bootstrap 3 to get the slide-from-the-side behavior on the mobile views. I suppose by now we are a long way from the starter theme, but we started there.

@rick Nice site. Looks beautiful. We've been doing a lot of WP sites recently. Here's one integrated with Bootstrap. https://med.uth.edu/cvs

Hi Rick -- Nice! Did you use a Bootstrap starter theme or roll your own from scratch with the bootstrap framework?

We just launched a new WordPress site for our user oriented support information about IT at the University of Washington. We wanted the site to work well with all devices from smartphones to big desktops. It was built with Bootstrap 3. Let me know what you think. It is at http://uw.edu/itconnect/

How do you delete a group? I can't seem to delete it now.

Daniel - Yes, that would be great. I'll delete my group, then.

Hi Hillary -- Rather than a new group, I was thinking of a forum post. I find these Ning groups tend to be dead ends, but the Forum accessible from the main page is more active. Should I create a starter post on the forum for us, or would you prefer the Group?

Comment by Hillary Meister on July 10, 2013 at 12:21pm

I hope I did this right. I created a group called Migrations.

Comment by Steve Covello on July 10, 2013 at 12:17pm

@Daniel @Hillary - Agreed. Hillary - please open the group for us to participate in. No sense depriving the community of our wisdom.
