I developed a plugin for Wordpress that displays Moodle Courses for a specific user in a widget.  This is great for teachers who want a quick way to display all the courses they teach in Wordpress.

@Jay Collier - Bates. One of the best looking and unique college websites I've seen.

@Jay Collier - Bates. Was that ubermenu custom styled? I had a lot of problems via firebug styling mine. Any suggestions? I also noted in your source code that the WP version was visible. The security guy at the WordCamp Boston (where I attended your presentation) said this was a security issue. FYI, I use Secure Wordpress, Wordpress Firewall 2, and WP Securty Scan. Any other suggestions? thx - Steve

What kind of a browser environment do most of you use?

We have IE7 on XP, IE 8 on Windows 7 for the masses. IT will install specific browers only for certain user groups.

Hi all,

Has anyone come up with a workable solution to deal with WPMU creating dns on the fly? That is, WPMU uses a wildcard to assign a dns...I've been told that creates a security issue. I'm not a sys admin or programmer, so my apologies if I'm not being clear.

We're a small school, and don't have the resources to have employees manually monitor dns requests.

Has anyone found an alternative?

Thanks,
Eric

Has anyone used a photo gallery plugin successfully with WPMU? We just upgraded to 2.9.1 in advance of rolling this out as a pilot CMS.

Office Reservation software

I've been tasked with finding a software tool that helps manage the onboarding and exit process of new and departing faculty. Ultimately i would like this software to management faculty office interms of when resources can be removed from a particular office and when a new faculty member can be moved in with the necessary resources. This tool should have notifications and alerts so there are no conflicts with someone being removed from a office and someone being placed in a office. Does anyone…See More
