Hi Everyone! Just a quick update to let you know that Ingeniux will be at eduWEB this year in Chicago (July 20-22nd). Hope to see you there!

We also have SPIE.org that runs several CFM apps. But they actually render CFM as .NET using Blue Dragon.

The first school that comes to mind is MICA in Maryland, but they haven't launched their new site on Version 6 yet. However, I do know they have a lot of CF apps. There are several trade and professional association customers who use CF extensively as well.

One thing that some customers have had difficultly with CF integration is that at least older versions of the CF system didn't play well with other server technologies running within the same website meaning it was sort of an all or nothing proposition. That may have been improved with the latest release though - maybe you can elaborate?

Welcome, Nathan. I look forward to having a good discussion. I am really excited about us moving forward with version 6. And hope to work on integrating some of our Coldfusion Apps into Ingeniux.

Do you know of any other schools that are using CF w/ Ingeniux?

Since this site is running on Ning, I thought I would mention that there was a great presentation on Ning at HiEdWebDev this year from Kyle Ford, Director of Product Marketing at Ning. Kyle was a former student at Augustana College, another institution in IL that uses Ingeniux CMS. I had a chance to talk with him after his presentation for 25 minutes or so about social networking and how it is growing more specialized. Very visionary - check out the youtube video if you have time.

Hi All,

Hope you don't mind, but I heard that there was an Ingeniux CMS group on Ning from David H here @ IGX. I'm glad to see Ingeniux users getting connected.

Anyway, I'm here to offer help and answer questions about the CMS, tips for developing applications and functionality on it, and customizing it for your needs. I'm also hoping to hear from you about what we can do to improve the experience of users who are in the software every day managing large websites.

Cheers,
Nathan

I would. Also, maybe doing something at eduWeb would be a good idea too.

Welcome, David. I don't think I have meet you before. I know Jim, Shannon, William A., Sean and Jeth. And of course, Justin did our initial implementation, but is no longer there.

Hope you do not mind having a vendor in the group. I am interested in what everyone thinks. Thanks for starting this group David.

Archived magazine stories

Greetings,What are you all doing online with "old" magazine stories? Do you delete issues after so  many years? 5 years? 10? I'm torn between keeping all on for historical purposes or keeping just a few years online to simplify the site (ala Gerry McGovern.) Curious as to what you see best practices being.ThanksSara KisseberthBluffton Universitywww.bluffton.eduSee More
