Share 'Anyone using Blackbaud Spark?'

I'm looking for a new email service for our Alumni and Annual Fund offices. I've been looking at Campaign Monitor and MailChimp so far. But they are looking at Blackbaud Spark. Since we use Raisers Edge and it tends to be difficult to integrate with 3rd party email apps it makes sense on paper. Any thoughts and insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
