We have looked at Active Data's calendar and liked the deomo. We won't use it for room scheduling although that's one of the modules. Right now we have one written in-house.

Has anyone used Mailchimp?
Can anyone suggest what equipment to purchase to record podcasts?
Ideally we need a portable recording device and a high quality microphone...any suggestions?
