We're going to be conducting a survey (SurveyMonkey) to help determine how various audiences are using our website, how they navigate our site, etc. in anticipation for restructuring our information architecture. Since this seems to be a basic step most colleges must undertake when trying to determine what's working/what isn't prior to a redesign, are there any questions people have found particularly useful to ask that has proven to be enlightening?See More
"We've identified the domains we want to follow, such as .education (released at the end of March), .college, .university, and .sucks (I'm serious on the last one). The last three listed are still in the evaluation phase.
