With your work in Content Management, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.
Have you had much experience working with external web development companies? We may be looking to engage some external services and I'm looking to get some recommendations for companies that have a good track record working for other education institutions.
