We use MailChimp for a newsletter we send out and I have found it to be excellent. I highly recommend them. www.mailchimp.com

We've been using Emma (myemma.com) for the last two months and love them. Granted, we are using it on a smaller scale than you are looking for. We send around 30-50k a month in 3 - 5 blasts.

Thanks for the info Karlyn! I like the fact that they are in Philadelphia (we're in Delaware) and that they are small. I will definitely check them out and schedule a demo. I need at least 2 more recommendations, anyone have any other suggestions?
