Just an epilogue: We use Google Calendar then pull the RSS feed into our site with php.
Has worked perfectly for almost three years now and allows me to share the calendar access with others.
We've been looking at Columba Systems' events software. They are based in London, UK.
It's not the cheapest, but it's really pretty good.

I believe google calendar to be by far the best. You can have many contributors, people can subscribe, rss, click an event and add to their own calendar. Tons of features!

First Week on the job..
As I begin the college lifestyle again, I will be actually in the offices of the school and not in the classrooms. I have started my new job here at NCTC as the Webmaster. I prefer a different name as I am no master of the web at all. I prefer the title "the new web-guy" or just "web-guy". I have the responsiblity of a total redesign of the school's website. This will be a major undertaking. So stay tuned.......

"Employment at SJC" is a link in our footer that is on every page, including the homepage. We also have a prominent link in the navigation one level down under our "About Us" section.
