Before you ask, yes, Binghamton University is engaging in a comprehensive web redesign. You can find out more about this as things progress by reading my project blog at http://blogs.binghamton.edu/index.php/webproject/ .

I have some experience with this sort of thing, previously having been involved in a similar project, a comprehensive redesign with CMS implementation, at SUNY Oswego.
