"Hi Justin, You are exactly correct, if an institution does not have the MOX "app" enabled with the "portal" portion of the package, class search, registration, and payment is not possible.  I'd love to get this…"

Justin Gatewood replied to Edward Terry's discussion Datatel folks - Has anyone attempted to make WebAdvisor mobile friendly?
"That would involve making changes to the XSL stylesheets in order for that to work properly (or completely modifying the CSS, which might be a simpler method).   I know Datatel/Ellucian has MOX (Mobile Online Access) but that's for the…"

Edward Terry replied to Scott B. Barnett's discussion Site Translation - Tools and Techniques
"Of course fully translated content is optimal, but If a tool like Google Translate is to be used I would use a workflow that alerts the user that translation will be rudimentary and should only be used to get the "jist" of the…"

Edward Terry replied to vivistar's discussion Image library
"Yes but sometimes patches are submitted in other languages. The only issues I've ever had with it is the thumbnailer, it will get hung up if you resize too many high-resolution images at one time. I don't use all of its features all the…"

"I've been using a piece of gallery software called "4images" for a while. It's simple, has a failrly large user base and does what I need for internal purposes. I believe it can be hooked in to AD/LDAP which I would like to do.…"
