Canadian Email Marketing providers?

Hi Fellow Canadians,I'm looking for recommendations on email marketing providers that are based (or at least their server is based) in Canada. We can't store personal information (i.e. name, address, phone) on US servers.Any suggestions?- HeatherSee More
