Yeah - that was a basic first thought just because I saw the same issue and the cheaper/older PC's had the problems. Didn't think of the plug-ins, never checked those...very good idea.

Not a flash guru but what frame rate did you build it at? I had a similar problem and basically my Mac could handle the frame rate but the PC couldn't. I did have it pretty high though and dropped it to 30 fps and it sorted out the problem

I did notice it plays fine on the newer PC browsers.
Must be a plugin issue with older versions of IE etc.

I am taking a year off from speaking to focus on the Iowa Foundation Web site, but am more than happy to recommend a few people. Bob Johnson (Bob Johnson Consulting) is always wonderful and very broad in his topics. I believe I have suggested Kari Kovar before from insideTrack. I worked with her at Stamats and she is very dynamic. If you are looking for edgy, Matt Herzberger of Texas A&M College of Engineering may do the trick...he focuses mostly on social networking.
I hope all is going well. Let me know if you need more suggestions.
