We put together what we're calling a "proof of concept" mobile version of ncsu.edu using a modified version of the open source code from MIT . Our libraries folks just added their mobile site to the suite as well. All available at http://m.ncsu.ed...
Does anyone have a custom web page for mobile users? If so, did your University develop the page internall or did you farm out development to a third party? I am investigating solutions to create a mobile-friendly page at a reasonable cost.

I'm very eager to try this out, unfortunately our account has not had the feature enabled just yet. If nothing else, it moves captioning down a step from creating, to just an editing process.
Anyone have success with a online app for taking room reservations?
We've been using Google Calendar/Docs to accept/publish our online room reservations. It did about 80% of what we needed and was free and great.

Yeah - that was a basic first thought just because I saw the same issue and the cheaper/older PC's had the problems. Didn't think of the plug-ins, never checked those...very good idea.

We've had so many problems using Ektron 7.6.5 that we're considering upgrading to 8.0. However, we're concerned that while doing this might solve the 7.6.5 bugs, going through the upgrade might generate new issues. We work primarily on Mac/Firefox...

Not a flash guru but what frame rate did you build it at? I had a similar problem and basically my Mac could handle the frame rate but the PC couldn't. I did have it pretty high though and dropped it to 30 fps and it sorted out the problem

I did notice it plays fine on the newer PC browsers.
Must be a plugin issue with older versions of IE etc.
