What CMS are you using?
OmniUpdate and DNN are primary CMS, with OU being the dominant CMS used by 200+ campus web authors. Department sites also include frameworks in custom PHP, Drupal and SquareSpace.

Since you are in the CMS group, I was hoping you could advise me. UB is setting up a university-wide content management system and we are exploring what best practices other universities are doing. In particular, we are trying to identify universities that are:
* Using a CMS enterprise wide, or with several departments
* Have governance or policies in place
* Have a form of centralized staffing
* And hopefully are encouraging best practices in content and user experience.
