Hi, Manual. Our office has worked closely with the Web Services Team at UALR and they have embraced and given high priority to Web accessibility and universal design. They are using Wordpress as the content management tool for our campus and we are all encouraging departments to move in this direction. This improves the accessibility of campus websites overall. I know VCU has several strong programs related to disability so I would think that Web Accessibility is an emphasis there as well.

Have you looked at http://www.thindata.com/ and http://www.campaignmonitor.com? Not sure if they offer everything that you are looking for but their emails are well designed in my opinion.
