No offense, but ... ewww. I am an anti-fan of Powerpoint, or of any slide-based presentational software for teaching. It's for presentations, which is antithetical to how teaching works. Also, I don't do any teaching live; it's all asynch. That seems to work best for the discipline of history. I recognize it's different for other disciplines.
