Knowing your audience

We are currently in the planning phase for developing our mobile website. My incliniation is that the primary audience would be current students versus prospective students who seem to be more likely to sit at a laptop/desktop to do their research on potential schools.  Does anyone have any suggested reading about this subject? I am hoping to use it to strengthen my recommendation that we focus on our enrolled population.See More
