We are having a debate on the use of Google docs in the organization. We currently use Google apps which includes mail, docs, calendaring, etc. We use their Postini/Vault service which keeps a permanent and discoverable record of ALL email which is very nice for our legal department. However, some have raised the issue about discover-ability (is that a word?) of Google Docs.
