We are having a debate on the use of Google docs in the organization.We currently use Google apps which includes mail, docs, calendaring, etc.  We use their Postini/Vault service which keeps a permanent and discoverable record of ALL email which is very nice for our legal department.  However, some have raised the issue about discover-ability (is that a word?) of Google Docs.  My limited knowledge take is that it is not an issue any more than a file on a local hard drive is discoverable.  …See More
