Our university is getting ready to transfer all of our websites to a new content management system. This will give us a opportunity to set up a Google Analytics conglomerate account that can track all the websites and give us numbers on total traffic across the CMS. "While not the same level as Google analytics we use AWStats to aggregate all our sites into a single report. I've yet to find anything that really does a better job."
