As for setting up the CMS to tailor it to your needs, that is much different than WordPress.

Yes, EE is much more complicated to set up than WordPress. If it's not done correctly, it can be a bit of a disaster. "

We are moving to EE for our redesign (launch goal is December). Our IT department is kind of dragging its feet getting EE configured in a development space. Is it that difficult to setup? I come from WordPress experience, where you just name the database and go.See More
