Brand spankin' new

Hello all UwebD's out there.

I'm a new member here, though I've been utilizing the site for quite some time. I have been working in admissions for a year now, and only responsible for a small portion of our school's website. However, I am thinker and always looking for what is out there and what is great to take to the next level.

I'll invite you to check out www.warnerpacific.edu to see how dated and un-impressive our website is… Continue

However, it’s hard to avoid that some people will be coming to the web guys to have them set up their admissions office with Twitter (or will do it themselves), but then will do very little with it, feeling like they ‘just need to have it to be current.’ Should that happen to you, I wanted to share some of the best uses of Twitter that universities are doing… Continue

Updating our Privacy Policy

Hello,We are looking to update our privacy policy on our website to better reflect the activities of our marketing folks and their partners. This would include things like retargeting and the potential personalization of our CRM. I was wondering if other universities have updated their privacy policies recently and could share how they crafted it? I'd like to have some sort of template before meeting with our lawyer to get their sign off. Thanks!See More
