Web CMS evaluations project

We currently have a web CMS, and want to re-evaluate it along-side others, either to confirm ours is a good one, or to move to another one.

We need to produce a project plan, gather stakeholders and evaluate systems using a matrix.

I was hoping to find such a plan, or a template for a plan somewhere in the group.

We evaluated web based CMS about a year ago using a form that was close to 18 pages. Let me know if you're still interested in samples.
