It's definitely nice to live in a town with successful sports teams, but they're kindof like my "stepteams." It's just not the same as having a Buffalo team win. At the very least, Red Sox fans are sympathetic to Bills fans. :)

We are excited to have you returning this year for the Penn State Web Conference! I've been reading "The Long Tail" and am really looking forward to your take on it as it relates to social networks.
I suppose that I need to find a decent picture of myself. I'm feeling rather vague using Mr. Shadow ;-/
We chose OmniUpdate. They've made a contract with SUNY Central IT which lowers our per-seat licensing fees by about 75%, plus OmniUpdate is the only one to meet all of our evaluation criteria.
BTW, our redesign firm is mStoner.
I've used Ning before...hopefully, this is more long-term than the other Ning networks I have been a part of.
