I'm wondering what settings people are using to encode video for the web? Assuming you host video, and use FLV format. I've been playing between 256 and 320kbps video and 64kbps mono sound at 320x240. Is that about where you're seeing a sweet spot?
BTW, Riva FLV Encoder (http://rivavx.com/index.php?encoder&L=3
) was recommended to me at a conference last week as a free FLV tool. Seems to work very nice, and is exponentially faster than Adobe's video encoder, at least on my system.
