If you’re planning on submitting a proposal to present at this year’s HighEdWeb conference, take note: the deadline for proposals for HighEdWeb 2008: Infinite Solutions has been extended to May 22.
So take a break from finals, Commencement, and your other myriad end-of-semester duties and send in a short abstract or your presentation idea. Topics can cover any aspect of Web development: programming, applications, security, design, accessibility, usability, social networking, professional development, marketing, communications. The possibilities are (almost) infinite.
You can propose a 45-minute session, a poster, or a pre- or post-conference workshop. Conference presenters receive a discount on their registration fee, and fame and notoriety during the conference week and beyond.
