In preparing a report on the success (or otherwise) of some of our more recent e-mail campaigns, I searched online in vain for a decent, unbiased (not housed on e-mail vendors' sites) report of averages for click-through and open rates for higher-ed e-mail campaigns.
Basically, I want to be able to show how our e-mail campaigns' click-through and open rates stack up against the "industry average" for higher-ed.
Does such a thing exist somewhere and I'm just not looking in the right places?
